Extra sole pad necessary!
Very attractive shoe and great for work but definitely need to wear a sole pad in it or potentially suffer blisters (even in stockings). The first day I wore them, there were visible scuff marks on the inside but not super noticeable. Minus the minor sole discomfort that was resolvable, these are good walking heels.

Timeless Style with a Twist!
These NEWBELLA Women's Elegant Kitten Heel Pumps are beautiful and timeless with a bit of a twist from the usual. At first glance they are pretty and classic like so many other pairs of black pumps. But, when you look closely you see the twist that makes them unique and a stand out... the beautiful textured knit material over the front of the foot!As usual, Newbella took great care in packaging the shoes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. At first look I fell in love with the style and the quality of the shoes. Unfortunately, I found them to be too big. They fit fine in the toes of the shoes, but there is a gap between my heel and the back of the shoes that you can see in my photos. To fit properly, I would need to size down a half size. When I try to walk in them my heel completely comes out of the shoe. I'm hoping by adding a ball of the foot pad and a heel strip they will fit well enough for me to wear them.While I normally wear an 8 medium shoe, my foot is on the more narrow side. Perhaps if my foot was wider it would not slide so far into the toe and the back would fit correctly. If you have narrow feet or tend to run between sizes I would advise to size down a half size. Other than that, I highly recommend these shoes for their affordable price, quality and gorgeous classic style.Other than the sizing issues, I found these pumps to be extremely comfortable and stable. The height of the kitten heel is perfect for adding some height without taking away from comfort. If they fit correctly I would have given them 5 stars!
