Love these and great arch design
Love the design of these heeled bootie sandals. Material for the upper is not thin or flimsy. Smooth zipper on the heel and easy to adjust buckle on the ankle.The padding for the heel and arch is okay but not super thick or soft. There's basically no padding for the ball of the foot but that can be fixed with adding an insert.They do run big. There's plenty of room around the top of the foot. If you're in between sizes then sizing down might be better.A huge plus is the design of the arch of the shoe. Other brands at around this price or less tend to keep the slope continue going all the way up to the back, but these taper off as they reach the heel and back providing great arch design. I wore these all day to run errands and then dinner. Feet felt a little tired by the end of the day (keep in mind no inserts added yet) but they were still happy. Did receive compliments on them which was as bonus.

Absolutely Love these Open Toed Chunky Heel Bootie / Sandal
I absolutely am in love with these booties. First of all, let me start by saying I love the chunky heel. I have had multiple knee surgeries and have to limit the type of heel I can wear now because I have to have support. Needless to say, any type of stiletto is out of the question. These are the cutest booties I own and I have plenty. I absolutely love the design of these. I like the open toe but it's the Criss crossed design across the front that really does it for me. I have not seen anything like these before, and I was pleasantly surprised that after a 10-hour workday my feet did not hurt. I could go on and on about these. True to size, comfortable, supportive and so stylish.

Size Issue
These shoes are really cute. They did take about a month to arrive… but I’m so bummed they don’t fit. I’m between a 7.5 and 8 so when I typically order a size 8, I rarely have issues. Unfortunately these size 8 sandals fit more like a size 10—they are huge on me. Sizing is not listed anywhere where on either sandal either. (I even checked my order invoice and no where does it list the sizing which is bizarre.)As the for the quality, they’re on par for the price. They are black suede which is cute for dry fall/winter seasons. Odd fitting aside, they seem comfortable. The straps are not adjustable and the zipper is rather stiff but I’m sure with frequent use it’ll eventually glide better.Maybe there was a size mixup with the sandals I received but I’m on the fence about ordering another pair from this brand in the future.
