These are really nice cross-trainers. Some reviewers have mentioned, and it bears repeating - make sure you buy one full size up as they tend to run small. I have wide feet size 9, and I fit very well into a size 10.

Good shoe. High breathability. From my perspective on athletic shoes, this is something I'd wear when I don't want to change between a weightlifting shoe and a running shoe at the gym. It does neither in a way that feels the best but at the price point, it has place in my gym life that I appreciate and for that it's a go. If you it Wells be your primary, in my opinion, it's low on arch support, maybe different insoles or look around a bit more. That being said, l like some arch support. But again, for varied workouts with <5 mile runs, it's kind to the knees without being too angled and removed from the floor form stable lifting

Exactly what I was looking for! These have great grip and are comfortable. If Metcons are too stiff for you these are perfect. Just don’t wear them outside of the gym because they are stiff for normal wear
This is my second pair of the Nike Men's Fitness Shoes. They are great for Cross Fit, HITT Workouts and Weightlifting. My first pair lasted 1.5 years and I replaced them with the exact same model. I use the shoes 4-5 times a week and they are comfortable and provide the support I need.
Product looks cheap to be honest and sizes run very small. Wouldn’t recommend. They’re not terrible. But no special either. They look wayyy better in the picture advertised.
