Nike shoes look great, but have to break them in.
Nike olympic weightlifting shoes were perfect. If you go true to size, you have to wear them a few times to break them in.

Prompt shipping, well packaged, good price. The toe box runs a bit snug so I had to exchange. I wear a 13 and purchased a 14 which I am exchanging for a 15!
These are great for deep squatting. I received the shoes yesterday and tried the shoes on. I tried a deep squat on the spot to see how they feel, and the shoes made a huge difference. However, I measured my feet and used the size guide, but things did not work out regarding sizing. I am usually a size U.S. 7 or 7.5 in men's shoes. The size guide indicated I should have ordered these in size U.S. 9. I thought that was way too big, so I ordered size U.S. 8.5. Well, I tried them yesterday and they are too long for my feet, although the shoes did not feel too large on the top and sides of my feet, so the size guide is not great. I am worried that the shoes might "break in" with wear, causing them to become too loose over time.I will now order sizes U.S. 7.5 and 8.0 to see if the length is better and hope that the shoes break in nicely over time.
These make a huge difference for squatting movements. I was using rubber wedges to elevate my heels which makes it a bit awkward when getting into place for squats. These really help with ankle mobility and my feet feel glued to the floor. I have normal width feet and they are snug so wide feet may be an issue. I normally wear a size 11 and most reviews said to size up and I am glad I went to 11.5 because the fit was perfect but still snug which is what you want foe support. I only use these on leg days because I feel like a Clydesdale walking around in them.
These were not easy to find, I had recently been searching for a pair of the Romaleos 4s for quite some time. My Romaleos 3 are a bit long in the tooth as I have had them since '17 or so. I was pleased to find them here and they actually arrived 5 days earlier than listed. The fit is a bit snug at first but the 3s were at first and they are just fine. I like the feel of the shoes already and they are starting to break in nicely. Very stable and better quality than the Romaleos 3 in my opinion.
Too sniff, I prefer the adidas version better
Just leaving this to say, I followed the advice of the reviews that said these run very, very small. I wear a women’s 8.5 usually, sometimes 9. Nikes in general are narrow and snug on me, even in a 9. For these, I ordered a full size up - an 8 in men’s - the equivalent of a 10 in women’s. I was scared they’d be too big, but they fit perfectly and slightly snug across the width, which is right for this use.
