I bought these for my son to wear in 2nd grade basketball. I bought a comparable pair of Under Armor shoes at the same time so he could pick which fit best. The build quality of the Nikes was far superior, and he loved wearing them to practice.The durability is fantastic too. They lasted through a whole season of twice a week practice and don’t look worn at all. You can’t go wrong with these shoes if you’re hooping on a budget.
Bought these for my 8 year old daughter to wear for basketball. She loves them. They are very stylish looking and worked great for her school whose main color is royal blue. Very comfy and fits as expected - Nike does run a little small for shoes so I usually size up to be safe. Only complaint is that the shoe strings are a little on the shorter side and can be hard for kids to tie themselves.
Purchased these for my Eight-year-old grandson. The first pair was too small though I purchased the size he was wearing at the time. Exchange was VERY simple though - (I LOVE Amazon and the new deal they have with Kohls. FYI - you don’t even have to box the item(s) up. Just take them in the original retail packaging to Kohls, with the return code Amazon sends you. I usually receive a credit to my account within 30 minutes of dropping the item(s) off at Kohl’s.)Anyway return was super easy and the next pair I ordered fit perfectly. My grandson loves them! They’re well made and look like they’ll last for more than a couple of months. As always with new shoes for little boys, my grandson is certain he can now run much faster and jump much higher.
Fits to size. Kiddo wore them for basketball, and now (before growing out of them) is wearing them on the daily. He loves them!
I am kind of disappointed in the quality of the shoes. My son barely had the shoes a week and the front of the shoe already ripped and was torn. Literally not even a week. My son is very rough on shoes but with Nike being the name brand that it is, I would expect better quality and for it to be at least, at the very least a couple of months before that happened.
These shoes are very stylish. I was concerned about some of the reviews, but purchased them anyways. My son gets compliments. He is rough on shoes and these shoes are still in tact. I am going to purchase the other colors as well.
Purchased for my 11 year old grandson - he's gonna love them. They pretty cool in my opinion. They look like the sizing is correct. Youngsters grow so fast, it's hard to buy brand names - but I think these will last as long as they need to. They are tie on.
