Horrible packaging and left shoe defective

The box was ripped apart out of the plastic so no keeping that. The left toe box is completely defective as compared to the right shoe. The holes are too close to the top of toebox stitching and the stitching around the toe box is noticeably uneven. There is too much fabric on the left toebox, leaving it to be permanently creased without any manipulation. Just awful packaging and craftsmanship. I can’t believe this was actually shipped to me. I wanted to look past these issues but they are just too obvious. The creasing in the toebox is what truly ruined it for me. Immediately requested a return.

I did not like the quality of this product. So I returned it open week after I purchased it . From that day it’s been 3 months and I only got $48.60 as refund money. So they charged me $142.00 just for returning the item that I DID NOT LIKE .I call Amazon costumer service and they keep transfer me like 7 time to different person to explain the same situation and now one could help me. Offer one hour on the phone with them they hung up . Amazon is necessary but this will be the last time I used this unless they contact me to explain .
