Great cushion and forward performance; Size up 1/2
The 8mm heel-to-toe drop of the Zoom Fly 6 is a beneficial feature for my tight calves. I find the rocker geometry particularly effective for tempo runs, which helps ease the strain on my lower legs. Despite runners with tight calves being told to avoid the rocker geometry, I think it depends on the kind of run you are doing (distance and pace). Because my toes need a little more room to splay, I had to size up a half size from my usual size 7 to a 7.5, which provided the perfect fit. Nikes are known to be on the smaller size of things so I would make going up a 1/2 size the norm for this brand.
