True to Size but Heels Felt Higher than Published

True to size. More cushion should be added on the ball of the foot. Because I ordered a wide upper, they did not give me bunion pains, but painful to the balls of my feet. The heels felt higher than it should be. Tatiana, although has higher heels are less muscle straining than this model. What is good is that they look good on my feet and would be wearable during both formal and casual gathering, and in a professional setting. The shade is just right. Leather is soft with synthetic leather interior. It would have been better if the interior linings were made of genuine leather, too, so they would last long as the exterior.

How could you send worn shoes?

The first time I bought these I loved them and how comfy they were and fit like a charm. I could be in them for 10 hours straight and still be standing. I wore them for work all the time for years until I couldn't anymore. So I decided to repurchase these on prime days. The following day when the product arrived the shoes were worn. A heel cap was missing and you could tell they were used. This second purchase was a complete 180 and awful experience.
