Hard Working Boots Keep Your Feet Warm & Dry
This review is for the AEHAO waterproof work boots, size 10 and a half (USA size) An important note; these are women’s boots, and I am a man, but I thought I would give them a try since the price was right and they appear very well made.The upper part of these boots are made with 600 Denier Polyester, a tightly woven, rugged outdoor fabric which is given several special coatings to make them waterproof. The soles are made of a very non-slip material, and I apologize, but I have no idea what it is. The “traction bottom” has semi-triangular raised shapes that allow standing water to be squished out as you walk. Kind of like the way a car tire sheds water through the grooves as it goes along the road.The inside is padded on both the sides and footbed. I added some arch supports, but I do that with all of my shoes, so it is no reflection on the support the Aehao boots offer your feet.Part of what I do for work involves pressure washing hard surfaces. So; do they repel water and resist slips? Absolutely yes!They are also comfortable and fairly flexible, certainly more so than the more traditional work boots I have been wearing for years. I took pictures to try and give you an idea of what the 600 Denier fabric looks like, and how tight the weave is. I also included a picture of the sole, so you can see the clever design and figure out if it is rugged enough for your needs, as an example; they probably wouldn’t be great if you work in mud a lot I will come back and update this review after several months and fill you in on how they are wearing and what they feel like after being worn for awhile. Well made, true to size, heavy, non-slip, water resistant, arch support, minimal heel lift, comfy!
These boots are very stylish, but they are heavy and a bit cumbersome to wear. I have multiple foot and spinal issues, though these boots are comfortable on me. That surprised me, but these boots have fairly decent arch support, and I have high arches. There is minimal heel lift vs front drop on the inside of the boot, so these do not aggravate my swayback (lordosis). These are heavy duty, slip resistant work boots, and I can't imagine working in these all day, since they feel heavy and kind of clunky. However, I'm retired, so I don't need to deal with work shoes. I'm a retired nurse but would never consider any shoe or boot this heavy when I was working, though I'm sure this boot works well for certain jobs. For me, it's a winter boot for cold days, and I was able to wear these comfortably with thick chenille socks. I wear size 6-7 depending on the manufacturer and style of shoe, and the 7 fit well with both thick and medium thick socks. These are comfier with gel insoles too! I bought these boots for outdoor wear and limited use, and they'll work! I put down some water on the floor, and the soles didn't slip, so I'm hoping these work well in winter conditions like snow and ice. These are not highly padded for extreme cold, though I have a pair of boots just for the more lower temps we get where I live. I'm impressed that these feel as comfy as they do, and they appear to be heavy duty enough and well made enough to stand the test of time. For the price, you get a well made, water resistant, heavy duty boot!

These non-slip, waterproof, work boots are the perfect winter solution if you are employed in a factory, kitchen, as a delivery driver, automotive shop, etc. They provide excellent non-slip traction in a slippery environment to help keep you safe. I got these boots to take on my annual European vacation. Typically I wear hiking boots, but honestly they are very heavy after wearing for hours on end. I was looking for a viable option, and these boots seem to fit the bill. Waterproof and slip resistant, which is perfect for trudging through raining, wet Paris. The upper is flexible and comfortable, with a padded collar, and I don't find them to be at all heavy.These would be great for many uses -- restaurant work, nurses, or just for walking the dog.
