Looks like a pretty nice boot. Customer service is non existent. Ordered 12W. They sent me 12. As expected, it's too narrow. Inquired with customer service is wide is even a thing and was ghosted. Returning and moving one.

Return Policy

DO NOT buy this unless you plan on 100% keeping. My husband purchased and they didn’t fit. We had to return and then were charged a “restocking” fee for more than half of the item cost. Our refund was less than half of what we paid. Absolutely ridiculous!

Not happy at all.

The boots shipped were supposed to be new. Either they are of such poor quality that they look beat up and used, or they are returns sold as new. The little nubbs on the bottom are worn off.

Nice boots except they came with a tag saying good to -5F. Their website state these boots are good to -60F.
