Ordered this product came very fast actually ordered in two different colors. The black was shipped perfectly and fits true to size I ordered blue and that shoe is marked actually 13 but the shoe itself is more than 2 inches smaller than the black 13.Other than that, the shoe was a fantastic shoe, very comfortable and will be getting a return and hopefully the right size on the blue
After 2 years my old Norty's were pretty worn but they lasted way longer than I expected so I ordered 2 pairs of the same size 11 Norty's I had. They finally showed up & they were not even close. They were way too small, so I ordered some size 12 & they were almost as small, so I ordered some size 13. These fit but barely & I never had size 13 anything before. I wore them around on the carpet thinking they needed to break in for about a week & they are nothing like the older pair I had. The reason i liked my old ones was they were fairly soft & comfy but I didn't think they would last more than the season to be honest, but they held pretty good for 2 years. I don't know what they did, but the new ones were hard as rocks & just not comfortable, so I am returning them. With the ridiculous sizing problems & then feeling like they stretched a bit of cloth over very hard plastic I would not recommend these to anyone as they are nothing like the old ones. I think it's way past time to stop buying all this bait & switch junk from overseas, pay some more & getting something besides cheap junk that is just useless & not cheap dollar wise anyway. Do not buy these unless you just need something that you wear a few times & then junk them because that's all they are. All the hassle of the size , returns, etc. was a pain in the neck to end up with nothing.

Comfortable sole, extremely stiff however. Hoping they loosen up with wear.
Very comfortable as well as good looking. Unfortunately, not much durable since the part that divides the big toe with the rest of the toes came off.
