Function over fashion
They're good shoes but let's get this out of the way: these are firmly, absolutely "old man" shoes. Maybe that's a plus for you; maybe that's your thing. And from an accessibility standpoint, these shoes seem well-designed and any mobility-limited person, senior or otherwise, would be lucky to have these. But man you are not going to get style points in them.I ordered mine to walk my dogs in. I live in an apartment, and have to get them out fairly frequently. Slides and clogs are my go-to for summer, but in wet and snowy weather, it's nice to come back home with dry heels. These shoes are comfortable and can be slipped on with no hands, and without crushing the heel. They're comfortable enough, and feel a little more like Vans slip-ons than an athletic running shoe--support is fairly flat, despite the inclusion of a removable foam insert. Oddly, that insert contains one little silver-dollar "Comfort gel" disc under the heel, which on a more pessimistic day I'd say is slightly misleading and may imply the whole sole is gel. It is not. It's just the single 1.5" circle there. If you don't like it, though, the insole can be easily replaced with your favorite Dr. Scholl's or whatever.Fit is about as expected. I usually wear a men's 10.5 or 11, and these are maybe ever so slightly on the loose side, but I can't tell how much of that is required--like if it were any tighter, it might impact the shoes' slip-on ability.Anyway, construction seems solid, and there are a lot of inclusions that make it feel not-cheap. Little things like the branded fabric on the inside of the shoe (pictured) are nice touches that make the shoe feel worth the price, and stitching is solid even on the inside of the shoe. I like the minimal branding; if you get something similar from Skechers you're going to have their logo blasted all over it. I guess old man fashion isn't so bad in that regard.

Excellent quality material, style, and construction at an amazing price
These shoes are an amazing value, the materials and construction are top notch and the price is extremely reasonable. They are very comfortable, much more comfortable than most flat bottomed shoes because they have a built in comfort gel. That's a game-changer, I've worn a lot of skate shoe flat sole shoes over the years and while I always like the casual style, they are never the most comfortable, so this gel insert helps so much. They seem like they will be incredibly durable, I don't see any glue or bad stitching anywhere and the material feels very strong. I'm impressed for a shoe of this price.The sole is rubberized and not slippery, with a lot of tread on the bottom to improve surface area and friction. Style is pretty standard, flat sole slip on, which is great; just give me a nice looking casual shoe, don't try to be fancy and put a bunch of stripes and swirls on it, I'm not a teenager anymore.I went with the size 11 which honestly fits perfectly. In most shoes I wear 10.5 but I've found that slip ons like these I tend to prefer 11, and it worked out in my favor this time. If I had purchased these in a store I would have tried on a 10.5 and I suspect they would have fit well also, but the 11 is not loose, it's a comfortable fit.
