After 10,000+ hours of wear I'd still recommend
Bought these shoes about six months into my medical residency after dealing with weeks of plantar fasciitis pain. Pain went away within a couple days. Wore them in the OR, wore them on rounds, ran in them, wore them through a whole pregnancy, no pain in my feet.I wore them most days for the remaining 3.5 years of my residency working 80 hour weeks, and still now wear them intermittently about 2-3 days a week. With probably 10,000+ hours of wear time, they're definitely worn out, but still hanging in there. I'm writing this review now after finding my old order so I can buy a new pair.They're comfortable, easy to get on and off, breathable. They're supposed to be splash proof, but definitely don't hold up to labor and delivery splashes, so if you're looking for waterproof, look elsewhere.Run a bit wide for me (I have a narrow foot), but this helps with end of the day swelling. Otherwise true to size.I have the purple and love them, get compliments all the time. $100 feels like a lot, but still cheaper than clogs, and I have most definitely gotten my money's worth out of these guys. Highly recommend.

Great yellow color
The yellow color is very pretty and looks a lot like the photo, pastel but vibrant, and not too bright. The shoes are made of a knit material and the insole was comfortable. I used to wear a 6.5 in most shoes, but now I have more shoes in a size 6. In this shoe the 6.5 that I bought was too long for my foot and I had to return them

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE SHOES!!!!! I have a lot of foot problems and I wore these shoes while doing my CNA clinicals and they were a life saver!! So light and comfortable but the sole helps my feet so much. They cup your heel so nice. I seriously had like no pain while wearing them. Once I took them off and started walking without them, my feet started to hurt again. I would buy these shoes over and over again. I highly recommend them. They truly were a life saver!

Really liked them, But wore out after 8 months of use
I work part-time in a kitchen and was looking for a good nonslip shoe that also offered some water protection. I hated the look all the typical "kitchen work shoes" and wanted something that was functional and not ugly lol. I really loved these shoes. I love the lacing style, they were very comfortable, and didn't look like the other ugly shoes. I have worn them 30 hours/week for the past 8-9 months and have washed them in the washing machine every month or so. I noticed the tread was wearing out smooth out around the 6-month mark, but it had been wearing down for a while before I first noticed. About a month ago, on a rainy day, I noticed that my feet were getting wet. Upon inspection, I found a massive tear on the underside of the shoe. I definitely need a new pair, but will have to weigh the options of buying another pair for $90+ that will wear out in another 8 months or finding a new shoe....

great for knee discomfort, but ..
I like that the sneaker keeps my feet straight and aligned. I had minor knee surgery and wearing these sneakers helps keep my knee feeling better than wearing regular sneakers. I think it's because my foot tends to pronate inwards without the orthopedic feature. The only thing I don't like is that the soles wear out quickly, as I walk a lot outdoors. So consider that aspect in the purchase.
