Another great hiking shoe from Oboz! Oboz Men's Beall Low Suede Hiking Shoe is exceptionally comfortable. I've worn this shoe all day with absolutely no foot pain or fatigue ... and I have Plantar Fasciitis so I'm very particular about my shoes. These are almost as comfortable as a high quality running shoe, yet are definitely a more substantial shoe--more than up to taking on your favorite trail. Sizing is exact, no need to size up or down. Finally, they have a great look ... much better in person that how they appear in the listing. Highly recommend these amazing shoes!

Better than expected

Nice and Wide Fit, Color Inaccurate
I've bought about 10 or so Oboz during the past 20 years. All different styles. Some are hits, some are just okay, but never a fail. Very reliable brand for good quality and good fit. This shoe is no different. Fits and feels great right out of the box.The fit is rather wide in the toe box. I have pretty wide feet, so this is a plus. My feet are not wide enough to require a wide size, but most regular shoes are a bit tight in the toe box. Not this shoe. If you have a wide forefoot, this is a great shoe. If you don't want a wide toe box, this shoe is probably not right for you.The color in the product image needs to be updated. I know product images do not have show the tone of the color accurately. But this almost a full color off. The image is a darker grey, but the shoe is light tan (a bit lighter than my normal beige colored work pants). I do not mind it but I would have preferred just a little bit darker. if you require a darker brown or darker tan, look at other options (that only applies to the brown colored option, obviously).So, great shoe so far, especially if you want a lighter color of tan with an accommodating toe box that is on the wider side for a regular shoe.

Uncomfortable footbed
I found the sizing to be accurate. The arch is very high and towards the rear of the shoe which has the effect of pinching my heel. I also found the seam across the toe box very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it’s an immediate return for me.
