Awesome, comfortable hiking shoes
Love the Oboz Katabatic!!! This is my 3rd pair. I wore the low model to hike all over Norway and Alaska this summer. Comfy, supportive, awesome right out of the box. True to size. Never had sore feet. I always replace the insole with my orthotics. I bought these for a trip to Europe this winter. I will spray them with waterproofing as they are only water resistant. The site says waterproof..but they are not. Love them!!! They work as well on pavement as on trails!

Typical great Oboz fit and comfort
I've owned and worn out several pair of Oboz shoes and boots. Overall they are great. I have noticed that the sole wears out faster than the shoe itself. We live in the country and we're either on gravel or rocks; we're hard on shoes. I kept these as they are comfortable and I needed a summer boot, however the color is more like a lavender/grey. Photo doesn't show the true color. Fits true to shoe size, great arch support and the design of the sole makes walking or hiking a pleasure.

Killing my foot
Not sure what’s going on but wore these for a little over a month thinking maybe they need to break in but no my left foot is killing me. I broke out my other boots and my foot was fine so I’m not sure but these might have a defect in the sole.

Not the waterproof version
The description says these boots are waterproof. This is NOT the waterproof version and this can be confirmed on the Oboz website. Description needs to be updated.
