My daughter is about to be 1 this week I measured her foot before ordering them however she has small feet 6-12 months fit her perfectly I was nerves bc ordered her 3 pairs of sock shoes 2 in 12-18 months and one in 6-12 and all of those were big took a chance being these are dress shoes and they fit her good. Measure your little ones foot before buying it helps a lot. (Black shoes : they are perfect very cute love them they are 6-12 months too for my 1 yr old.
