Outstanding Boot

Outstanding winter boots .the quality is top notch the leather is a little stiff but with break in time I am sure it will loosen up. Boots was a little larger in overall appearance looked a lot like a ski boot on me ,but that is not an issue as long as it works .the sole is nice and walking on concrete feels a lot like tennis shoes .Lacing system is great no matter how tight you lace them it is staying no slipping at all .first time wearing these it was 30 degrees My toes was warm and the toe box gives you plenty of room the Boot is true to size .kick toe cap nice touch I can see these boots lasting for years .One thing I did notice first time I wore them was the tongue on the right boot seem to cut into my ankle a bit .I am sure this will fix itself once these boots start to break in more .I was on my feet about 9 hours that day in different surfaces from gravel to mud to concrete really no issue other than the insole felt a little stiff no problems there I can swap that out easy enough .I also stood in a mud puddle just to see if waterproofing was good to go no problems held up to water with no leakage I then hosed them off again feet was dry and warm .I would recommend these boots if you live somewhere with harsh winters and working around heavy equipment this is your boot is is truly a working mans boot.I searched for boots with these options for weeks I am a Bates guy most of the time but they did not offer what I needed .shpping was fast and really good tracking I knew the moment it hit my door .

Holding up decent but too hot for summer and sucks on rebar

About 3 hours into my day (iron working REBAR) the boots where already slashed by what I don’t know... I was just carrying out rebar. Not kicking anything or into scrap etc. the sizes run half size large at least. Nice in cold conditions but I’m sure they won’t stand up to my type of work and they where ridiculously expensive beings I HAD to have meta guard at the drop of a hat and I wear a size 6 men’s which is ridiculous to find. Anyhow still wearing them so far the sole is not ripped up yet which is common in rebar. Will update post on a few weeks ...Now a few weeks later the boots are holding up...my right ankle is pretty damn ugly from the way the boots fit... sucksPlus they are extremely hot and will make your feet sweat like crazy! Which I’m not used to because I normally wear a redwing wedge sole. And the tread on these guys are extremely aggressive which sucks on rebar ...Boot is decent just not for rebar construction or in temperatures above 40 degrees F because I got foot rash now.

Solid boot for all types of work

This is the most comfortable work boot I have owned! It can handle water, Greece, mud and anything that I have had to walk in and stays dry within. Keep in mind it's a hardcore work boot so it does need to be broken in and is a bit stiff to start with but this is the same for any heavy duty boot. The cost is steep but so far the functionality, comfort a d utility justifies it. It's a high end boot, if your in the market for such, it costs. Just something to keep in mind. I paid the price but did not dare send the invoice at work for reimbursement like the rest of my utility outfit!

My hard working feet thanks you, Oliver.

I can never swear enough by these boots! I bought a pair of Oliver At's about 4 years ago, and my first impression was that they extremely light weight. Since, I have worn them six days a week for the last four years, and Wow. I wear a size 15 shoe: the size 14 (which is the size I bought the first go-round) in this boot fits me perfectly. Absolutely comfortable. And the fact that I have worn the same pair of boots for the last 4 years speaks to their durability (and I put these boots through Hell: water, snow, mud, concrete; you name it, I have put them through it. They are, truly, an "All Terrain" work boot. I don't know that I shall ever go with another brand of work boots.

So Far So Good

Sizing is accurate, with roomy toe area. Minimal break-in required. Very lightweight for a 8" composite safety toe boot with cold weather insulation. The rubber toe cap is a nice feature. The sole pattern is very aggressive for soft soils, yet soft enough for walking/working on pavement. The metal lacing eyelets are high quality and do not loosen while tying. The rear boot strap is a flat nylon strap that does not catch pant leg. The sole is molded/epoxied to the upper, not stitched. Will not give five stars until I test prolonged water resistance & longevity of the boots.

Comfortable!!

Best mining boot out there, super comfy, meta guard, shock hazard, thinsulate, toe guard, these are solid work boots and super light despite the features, fit great, recommend order 1/2 size up, or 1 full size if insoles and wool socks.
