Just got these. Trust all the reviews. The strap is hard and tight. Can't get toes all the way to the front, causing heel to hang over at the back. Either get the leather to expand or buy 1 size larger than you get for slippers.
Looks like a well made item and offers good foot and arch support - and considering the price it should. For me the problem is the piece that goes over the foot is stiff and somewhat sharp edged and digs into front of foot. I have returned and am looking for something else to replace my 20+ yr old Clarks.
The bottom of the leather strap that goes across top of your foot digs into your skin by your toes and makes it hard to walk.

Really nice looking slide, well made. Unfortunately bad design. The part that covers the top of the foot is uncomfortable and digs into the top of your toes. Will cause blisters.
