Husband did not believe there could be sandals that could be worn to golf in that would be sturdy enough to not have your foot slide during your swing, be comfortable to wear while walking, and be acceptable for use on greens. He loved them once he had these on. He walked around, tried them out on a bit of an incline, did some chipping and some good swings and they were great for him. I can imagine these being a big hit if you were going on a golf trip where it was really warm or you lived in a warm place year round. However, they will be well used during the warmer seasons by my hubby this coming spring and summer. He has shown them to a few golf buddies and everyone talks about how nice they look, the quality of the shoes, and the tread and inner sole. You really can't respect how well made these are until they are in your hand or worn. Overall, a bit hit from my traditional golfer husband. I approve, too. Hope that helps.

Knocked comfortable out of the park!!
Incredible shoe!! My husband has had various injuries & surgeries on his ankle & leg. Most recently he's had a tendon transfer in his ankle and he's got foot drop. Needless to say he has a lot of trouble finding a comfortable shoe. These knock comfortable shoes out of the park! He says these are like walking on air but with support! I think he’ll be wearing these year round. Perfect fit, non-slip, nice looking and COMFORTABLE. These are definitely not a standard "flip flop", these are comfortable enough to wear all day. Excellent Olukai Ulele Golf sandal!
These new Ulele's by Olukai were made specifically for the golf course. They have thick grippy individual treads on the bottom, which will allow for excellent traction. The materials are water repellent and the footbed, if you are familiar with the Ulele, has a non-slip surface that keep your feet secure even when wet. I'm not a golfer, but I got these because they can be versatile too. You can also wear them to the beach and enjoy them for casual wear. They fit and feel perfect on my feet! But that's Olukai, who in my personal opinion makes the best sandals on the planet.
