Poor warranty and material

I got these shoes in Dec of 2023. I wore them 5-6 times per a month, for an 8 hour shift. They started coming apart within 4 months. I work in a hospital, but rotate them with hookahs. I attempted to reach out to “on clouds”. I tried putting in a claim and I get no response. It has been several months! No response besides someone will get back and no one does. Poor return policy and poor material. I got the cloud monsters for full price at 175.00 at “fit2run,” At a shopping strip. You would think it would last longer.
