These shoes felt fine for 2.5 months, then it felt like the cushion became completely compacted and flat. I could feel every shape and ridge on the bottom of the sole. For reference, I am 5,4 and less than 120lbs. I contacted On Cloud to let them know that maybe it was defective… they said their warranty is only 30 days/ must be in new condition. If they were cheap shoes, okay- but they are not. For the price- it is outrageous! Be warned, they do not stand by their product. I will never buy this brand again.

I bought a pair of On Cloudmonster sneakers in late May and have been using them for daily walks around town, covering about 2-3 miles per day. Unfortunately, after just one month of use, both shoes developed holes around the big toe joint area. Given the reputation of the Swiss brand, I expected better quality. I've submitted a warranty claim, but it's disappointing that they're taking 2-3 weeks just to respond. This experience suggests that the company may not prioritize customer satisfaction.
