Great sandals
Wow, finally a Orthotic sandal that actually fits my wide feet. I hesitated to purchase these after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad that I did. The adjustable velcore straps are great for my wide feet and the insoles are nice, not super squishy like some described in the reviews, they’re just soft enough but still give your foot plenty of support and comfort. I have a messed up left foot from orthopedic surgery for a achellies tendon repair and now have to deal with tarsal tunnel in the main nerve and nueropathic pain/damage on the top of the foot, so finally finding a orthotic sandal that fits my feet and are actually comfortable makes me happy. I purchased my normal size 11 and I chose the kacki/white pair so that I could wear them with just about any color of outfit. These sandals don’t feel heavy weighted on your feet either, which is a added bonus for me because both my knees are loaded with massive arthritis. I’m happy that I found these sandals.

Great compfort, great support, great price.
I love these sandals. I have worn the Hoka One brand sandals for years. I like these Oncai better than my Hoka brand, with half the price. The foot bed is thicker with ONCAI Sandals, which with the thicker soul it gives more comfort and support. They are true to size. They are like walking on air but yet give great support and arch support. The Velcro strap fits my wide feet. I would defiantly buy these again. I might get some of the other colors. Although, I can not speak to the longevity of these sandals as I have only had them a week.Update; 3rd week and still happy with purchase. I just place an order for the grey pair. Love them that much.

Comfortable but not for me
I recently purchased the Oncai sandals and, while they provided excellent cushioning, I found the strap material to be scratchy and uncomfortable against my skin. Additionally, the overly soft cushioning made me feel off-balance while walking, as excessively soft shoes can lead to instability.Unfortunately, these issues led me to return the product. If you have sensitive skin or require more stable footwear, you might want to consider these factors before purchasing.

Arch support is a game changer
I purchased the grey ones. They are extremely comfortable once you figures out the proper placement of the two straps while your foot is in it. I found that making the adjustments “with sox on my feet” was the best fit. In the event that you are not wearing Sox otherwise, your foot will glide in & out of the sandal easier. The arch support is a game changer. They have an excellent trend on the bottom therefore, have great traction, no slipping out of them.

Beware of sharp pieces on possibly 1 of the sandals
Sandals are comfortable overall. The right sandal is great and fits well. However, the left sandal was full of tiny hard pieces that poked into my foot when walking. I feel like this sandal was defective, as the right one didn't have any of those pieces. After 30 minutes with a toenail clipper I was able to make the left sandal wearable, although doesn't look the greatest now. For the price of these sandals, I shouldn't of had to fix anything before being able to wear them!
