Takes getting used to

Use your normal shoe size. They have a high arch in the middle but soft foam. These features makes them a little less stable. They are comfortable.

I couldn't keep them, not for tall feet. Good sole though.

It WOULD be great, the sole feels awesome, but my feet are too tall and the top isn't elastic or adjustable in the slightest and it just digs into the top of my foot. So I'd highly recommend unless you've had issues in the past with crocs or similar shoes in that area.

Worthy of TEN stars

If i could give these sandals 10 stars I would! I have never found a sandal that has energized me more. I'm 55 years old and have had plantar fasciitis for several months, and nothing that i have tried has helped. I've had these sandals for about 10 days and, I know it sounds crazy, but they have changed my life. I no longer have any pain whatsoever when I'm wearing them and can actually now be on my feet for hours with no discomfort at all. I am going to buy another pair to wear outside as well. I wear a 6.5B shoe and rounded up to a 7 for these and they fit perfectly lengthwise, but the B width was too narrow. They stretch out just enough once i've had them on a bit that they are totally comfortable, but i would say they run a bit more narrow than a normal shoe.
