Helped my plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonites. Very comfortable, cute, and great quality.
Orthofeet shoes are comfortable, true-to-size, and cuter than I can usually find in my size. I like that every pair of Orthofeet shoes comes with a pair of plastic arch supports as well as 2 different thicknesses of insoles, so that each person can customize the shoes to fit their feet the best (these go underneath the standard, top insole). I have two pairs of "Stroll" suede sneakers. They're really comfortable, even more than the other Orthofeet shoes I have. I will definitely be trying more of their sneakers.I had plantar fasciitis in my right heel and Achilles tendonitis in my left heel. Before I bought Orthofeet shoes and slippers to wear around the house, I could barely hobble in the morning, and was in pain all the time. I found that it was important to always wear the slippers in the house - going barefoot increased my pain. I got some BPC-157 peptide stuff from my doctor, and injected it into my abdomen every day for 4 months. Each month the right heel improved, until i no longer have any pain in my right heel, even when I walk around barefooted. I don't think this would have healed without both - the shoes were essential, but the BPC-157 speeded up the healing. It has taken longer for the Achilles tendonitis. The BPC-157 also helped my left heel a lot - at the beginning, my pain was 9 to 10, and after 4 months of BPC injections , the pain was about 2-3. I realized that I had developed a dysfunctional way of walking when the pain was so bad, and I was still walking flat-footed on the left side since it still hurt. I started paying attention and walking correctly, heel to toes, and the pain started lessening by the week. When I got these Orthofeet Stroll sneakers a few weeks ago, they noticeably eased the pain even more. Now, my pain is less than one, and I think that within a month or two, I might be pain free.
