Great ankle and arch support for little ones needing extra support
I love that the arch support is part of the shoes so it does not slip when putting them on. The ankle support is reinforced and so sturdy, with thoughtful padding at the ankle for extra comfort. The foot bed/arch support is stiff but seems to have great cushion under and sturdy soles.My child's ankles turn in and these line his ankles and legs up the best I've seen so far from toddler orthopedic shoes. My son has low muscle tone (and isn't a toe walker) so the running shoe shape/ angled toe helps him to have a good heel to toe foot motion for smoother running.The foot bed was wide enough for what in other brands is a wide foot bed so his foot is not squished and no rubbing on his pinky toe. They are not heavy (not air light eighter since it's good materials) or clunky so he doesn't seem to get tired from anything other then practicing good form. The toe bed is also reinforced which is an extra perk.Could not be happier and we've bought some pretty expensive shoes before with additional inserts and these are a solid competitor for what we were looking for.

Very helpful but pricey
The first few times we ordered these they did not ship. It was frustrating trying to reach a vendor or someone to reply during US times. My son has ds and usually gets SMO and inserts through insurance, however, they started denying them, so we purchased these for a hefty price tag. They haven't changed anything physically for my son, but they do support him as he walks, much more than commercial high top shoes or other sneakers. I just wish they were more affordable.

Terrible quality despite high price
We got these shoes on April 23 and it’s May 3—only 9 days of having these shoes and they’re falling apart. The sides are fraying, the insole cover is falling off, and the color on the toe is scraped. AND my daughter can still toe walk in them! Terrible quality and really disappointing!

Great Shoes
My son loves them. They have improved his walking and running tremendously. Great ankle and arch support for his inverted ankles. I love mostly they come with the proper insoles while other brands you have to buy the insoles for $30 ontop of the already $100+ shoes.

Helps with toe walking
My kindergartener has had a hard time breaking her toe-walking habit. I bought these shoes before a family trip to Disney knowing we would be walking a lot - these are perfect! They’re a little heavy but they keep her feet and ankles in place.
