In general, these boots are darling and very good quality.However, Amazon needs better quality control for items that should be new verses used.Each time I shop online, I am paying for and expecting a new item.This item had cat hair on the inside of each booth and dirty areas along their collar/topline.For this reason, I give this product 3 stars.
