Squat shoes, very sturdy and comfortable
Just used for the 1st time today for barbell and Hack squats, very comfortable. Gave me a lot more confidence when going heavy on squats that my foot was in the right place. Very sturdy shoe, would definitely buy again.

The quality is top
I've been using them for my heavy lifting sessions and they're providing incredible support and stability. The wide fit is perfect for my broader feet, and the black/gold design looks sleek and stylish. I've noticed a significant improvement in my squat form and overall performance, and I owe it all to these amazing shoes. The quality is top notch, with a sturdy sole and excellent arch support that keeps me comfortable even during the most intense workouts. The Velcro strap is easy to adjust and provides a secure fit, and the shoes are surprisingly lightweight considering their robust build. If you're serious about your weightlifting, I highly recommend

Good for me as a beginner training squats
This is my first pair of squat training shoes. I ordered a larger size to accommodate for my wide toe area. I have had them for a while now and they feel comfortable to wear during my short squat training sessions. They feel very durable and quality wise they seem well made.

Great shoes for bigger gals too!
These weightlifting shoes are an absolute game changer! As a plus-size woman, I have faced ongoing challenges trying to find shoes that not only accommodate my wide feet but also offer the comfort and support I desperately need. For years, I struggled with ill-fitting footwear that caused discomfort and increased strain on my joints, particularly my troublesome knee. Then, I discovered these shoes—and everything changed. From the moment I slipped them on, I could feel an immediate difference. The persistent strain on my bad knee, which used to flare up after even moderate activity, all but vanished. Likewise, the soreness in my feet after walking or standing for extended periods disappeared entirely. What’s incredible is that, although these shoes are designed primarily for weightlifting, their benefits extend far beyond the gym. They provide exceptional support in everyday use, helping to reduce the physical burden on a bigger woman's knees and feet in a way I never expected. These shoes fit perfectly, accommodating my wide feet without feeling tight or restrictive. They run true to size, which is a huge relief because finding reliable sizing can be such a hassle for people with wider feet. More importantly, they offer a level of stability that makes me feel grounded and secure every time I wear them. This enhanced stability boosts my confidence, encouraging me to be more active without fear of discomfort or injury.Considering all these advantages, I wholeheartedly believe these weightlifting shoes are worth every penny. They combine functionality with comfort in a way that genuinely improves quality of life, especially for those of us who have struggled to find footwear that meets our unique needs. If you’re a plus-size woman looking for shoes that support your feet and protect your knees while fitting wide feet comfortably, I cannot recommend these enough. They’ve truly been a revelation and a much-needed solution in my shoe collection.

Changed my leg day completely. Allows for hitting excellent squat depth with minimal effort
These squat shoes are amazing. They thankfully fit true to size and instantly gave me the stability I needed for leg day. I was using skate shoes for leg day but they looked kind of beat up and they didn't give me any heel elevation for deeper squats, something I was always curious about. I wore these shoes for front squats and was able to hit insane depth for every rep easily. The elevated heel helps me keep proper form without straining my ankles or lower back. The base is rock solid. They're super stable and it basically feels like my feet are glued to the ground once I'm under the bar. They're not super comfortable for walking, although the fit is great. For lifting shoes, they're about as comfy as you can get. The insoles are hard and not meant for lounging but that’s what makes them perfect for training. I usually wear them through my entire workout and then run some quick errands afterward (like grabbing groceries or lunch), and they don’t bother me at all for those couple of hours. I would not suggest walking with them for longer than a few hours. It uses a double closure system with regular laces and a Velcro strap. I'm not sure why; I thought it was a little overkill. They're very secure though? The shoes are a little stiff but that hasn't impacted comfort as they're super low rise.I picked the black with silver accents. They're subtle and sleek and look expensive. The “Osterland” written across the toe box is there but not too noticeable from a distance.Overall, these feel like premium weightlifting shoes at a fair value. They’re durable, functional, and a must have for folks who are serious about squats or Olympic lifts.

A good weightlifting shoe
My son really liked these shoes when we first saw them. He was impressed by the black and white color theme. This is a quality made shoe. I feel sure they will last a long time. He liked everything about them except he said his toes were being pinched as the toe box is too tight. Even so, he says he plans to continue to wear them. The price might be a problem for some as these shoes are made for only 'weightlifting'! Not for everyday use.
