Awesome
I'm 6'4" and 190lbs. I'm originally from FL but now live in NY. Cold feet has been a real struggle during the winter. I wear them inside, or to take the trash out, and like the idea of these for camp slippers. They are light enough (for me) to bring backpacking. They looked warm...And they are! I have a pair of Olukai wool-lined slippers and these are much warmer.I like the fact that they are ankle height, and have closure chords to keep the warmth in. I like the fact that they use synthetic insulation, as opposed to down, because they will be in contact with moisture. They look and feel like a sleeping bag that morphed into a shoe. The lower inch of them is a more durable synthetic, as well as the heel. The sole is relatively thin, about 1/4", and has some basic traction pattern to it. The insole is VERY thick, 1/2". Unfortunately the insole has no arch support at all, but overall very comfortable to walk in.I haven't had them long but expect they will last. I have a few other Outdoor Research products and have always been satisfied with their longevity. The vendor I purchased through was ENWILD. I have purchased through them before for some niche backpacking items, so far, they have deliver accurately and promptly.I'm a size 9.5 with fairly wide feet. I used the size guide on OR site and went with a size small. They fit like a glove! Are definitely wide enough to accommodate a wide foot.
