They were exactly what they said they were. My daughter loved them. The only small "issue" was that, because of the shipping method, they were flat when we got them. It took a wear or two to get them into perfect shape, but they got there and are comfortable and cute..two very important items in shoes especially for a nineteen-year-old girl.
I ordered these because they were such a good price & I knew I could return them if they were a fail. Unfortunately, they absolutely were. At quick glance, they look very similar to other name brand shoes. But when you look closely & try them on, you notice how extremely cheap these are. The black details on the outside look like paper. The inside doesn't have an insole, just a weird mesh all throughout the bottom of the shoe and inside the top which has a rough feeling on your feet. Don't waste your money. You can find better quality at cheaper prices at Walmart or Target.

As others mentioned, these are not good quality. These are not an everyday shoe. That said, I just needed them for a day and they worked fine.

I ordered a women's size 12. They might have been an eleven or even a ten, I couldn't even get my foot in. Also very flimsy and cheap.
