An absolute must have for those of us who live in extreme cold climates and don't want bulky boots
I LOVE these boots and wear them every day. I live in a very cold climate where we have been getting lots of snow recently and ice and these boots have kept my feet very warm and dry. When I bought these I was not even aware of the added feature on the bottom to flip open to ice grabbers so that I can walk on ice without slipping, that alone has forever sold me on these boots since I no longer have to put separate ice spikes on over these shoes. They are very comfortable to wear for longer walks and are very light and not super bulky and heavy like other snow boots. The style is super versatile and I can wear them with pretty much anything and they look good. The only thing I will caution as that they are a little more narrow so if you have wider feet they may not work for you. They also run very slightly bigger than expected, I wear a 9 and there was more space in the end of my shoes than what I typically would have but I am assuming this was for wearing thicker socks so it works in my benefit.
