I think these princess shoes are sparkly and pretty, though they are not the prettiest I've seen; and at $40, I would expect/hope for them to be up there with the absolute prettiest. They are sparkly and fancy, and if only Cinderella hadn't worn glass slippers, these would certainly be the perfect match for her light blue gown! The padding inside does seem to be superior and good quality, and actually present at all compared to many other shoes of the same style, though they appear to be narrow, like most others this style are. Also, we tried numerous times to get the butterfly clip(s) clipped on to the loop(s) where the bow(s) are, but couldn't... it seems like probably the bows are not one continuous piece fastened under the loop(s), but rather two separate pieces, ½ bow each, glued to the shoe under the loop(s), so there was no open/available space to slide the hairclip into, to clip it on the shoe. So we put one in my daughter's hair, and it looked very pretty. She fell asleep and napped with it in her hair; but, when she woke, the butterfly was completely missing and detached from the clip. She's not that crazy of a sleeper, so we were pretty surprised and disappointed; but, I realize the hairclips weren't intended to be worn as sleepwear, and are dainty and fragile as they appear. The shoes do seem to be pretty solid/sturdy/durable, especially for dress shoes— like, I don't notice any glitter flaking off at all, (not so far, at least) which is kind of pleasantly surprising— and the 'sole'/heel/bottom seems very well attached and also super-solid... (so much so, that I would expect it couldn't be very comfortable to walk in, but maybe they'll become a little less stiff with wear.)

Good durability glitter stays where it's supposed to be
Upon inspection after opening the box, these look to be a nice quality fancy dress shoe for my daughter. All the sparkles were still on the shoe. None in the box so that's a good sign. First wear she had no complaints about comfort even with no leggings or socks. She wore them to a birthday party for the first time and was running around dancing. Very active and didn't have any blisters when we came home. So they're well sized and fit for little girls feet. She's only worn them a handful of times over the past few weeks. We've had them, but they're holding up great. As far as durability, no splits in the sewing. All the straps are still attached and none of the glitter has flaked off. It's a really cute style with the the sparkles strap and bow. She really loves these. They're a good deal. More than a lot of dress shoe options for little girls here on Amazon, but they seem to be pretty good quality and worth the premium compared to cheaper options.

Beautiful & Comfortable
These shoes look as pretty in real life as they do in the photos on the listing. I tried to take a few photos for this review with the butterfly clips on and off and I just couldn’t do them justice so decided not to upload them. They fit true to size, which it important, but even more important is that they have soft padding on the inside bottom that my daughter says makes them super comfortable. They are definitely narrow and she is borderline wide for size, but the padding seems to make up for that and perhaps they in fact run just a tad big because she is not complaining about width.The shoes are well-made, you can tell they are study and the stitching is strong the moment you hold them. And the sparkly surface has been staying that way, no sparkles on the floor or on the rug. I almost expected that to happen. So, while these shoes are not cheap, they are well within what I expect well-made children’s dress shoes to cost, making them a nice value.

Pretty Look, Painful Fit
These shoes are absolutely adorable, and my daughter loved the sparkly design with the rhinestone bows and butterfly clips. They look perfect for parties and really do give that “princess” vibe. The detachable clips are a fun bonus since she can wear them in her hair too. Unfortunately, while they look great, they aren’t very comfortable. The edge stitching is itchy and uncomfortable. We had to use band aids to reduce to protect the skin. They’re fine for short events or dress up play, but I wouldn’t recommend them for long wear. A little pricey and average quality.

The sparkliest shoes in all the land
My kiddo LOVES these shoes. She has worn them a lot, and as you can tell from the photo, they’re holding up surprisingly well. She’s had sparkly shoes before that lost all their shine after their first wear outdoors, so I’m especially happy with the quality and durability of this pair. They fit true to size, and while they do have a bit of a heel (which my daughter is OBSESSED with), she finds them comfy and easy to wear to school. The Velcro buckles are easy for her to manage herself, while the overall look remains elegant. I bought these for her Halloween costume, but she’s been wearing them at every possible occasion since. They’ve been a good value! The quality is honestly better than I expected.
