Save a penny with these pennies
These are decent shoes for the price. I have always liked the classic penny loafer look. These are a bit of a variation from that with a more slender and squared off toe, but still are a nice looking shoe. But classic penny loafers they are not. I don’t think a penny will stay in the groove either by the way ( where the name comes from). But I haven’t tried that yet. Hopefully it does. We need something to do with all of those leftover pennies. The shoes are not leather and won’t leave anyone wondering if they are. They still give off a dressy and professional vibe so, no matter. The fit is good overall, however, if you wear a wide size normally, then these may not work. They feel and look a bit narrow to me. The construction is good. Even so, this is not a shoe that I would expect to last me long if I wore them daily to work. I am on my feet quite a bit, standing and walking on pavement, concrete and tile. Pavement and shoes are not great friends. I’ve gone through some shoes on pavement. They will be fine for other occasions and some occasional use at work. I believe they would also be fine for daily indoor use. You may wonder why I gave these five stars. I did so because they are decent quality for the price. If you need superior quality shoes then bypass these and go spend the money. For most people these will work well. If you are most people, save a penny and get these.

You get what you pay for.
Wow do these look cheap. When I took them out of the box, they felt like plastic shoes (which they are). I wish the front strap were actually stitched to the tongue of the shoe so you could actually put a penny in them. The fit Is okay, but will require some braking in.

These shoes look really nice and appear much pricier than they actually are — they’re faux leather but it’s not super obvious unless you look at them up close. They’re comfortable to wear and fit nicely on my medium width size 10.5 feet (though I don’t recommend wearing them with Columbia hiking socks, haha, that’s just what I happened to have on when the package arrived). The detailing on them is really nice and helps them to not look so much like fake leather. They’re a great deal for the price, especially for someone who only occasionally wears shoes like these so I’d rather not spend a ton of money on a pair. I definitely recommend them!

These remind me of cheap 'patent leather' formal wear shoes.The fit (11) was ok, but they are oddly long - not something I've seen before...kind of banana shaped?Comfort is hard to judge, as I so far only worn them for a funeral - they seem to fit ok, and I had no immediate problems, but also didn't wear them for long either.The soles seem really slick, so I'd avoid wearing on wet marble or other slippery surfaces until well worn in!!

Comfortable loafer
These leather shoes are of good quality and well made. Although the upper is made of synthetic leather, it feels very similar to genuine leather. The insole is also quite comfortable, and even after standing for a long time, it doesn’t feel hard or uncomfortable on the feet. The design is stylish, the price is reasonable, and I highly recommend them.
