Great Boot! Love, Love, Love
I have a long, very slim foot (11 N), which most stores do not carry. Therefore, I usually shop for shoes online at Nordstrom, which I have found generally offers a wide range of quality, favorite shoe brands (both affordable and designer) in the latest styles and trends and in hard-to-find sizes that are not available at other retailers. Because I have such difficulty finding shoes that fit my misfit feet, when I am looking for a specific shoe or style of shoe I typically order several similar pairs in different brands because each brand tends to fit differently. I think I ordered about 10 different pairs of combat boots in size 11 from Nordstrom. There were none available in a narrow width; however, I usually wear thick socks with boots and also insert an insole that helps with the fit. Of the 10 pairs of combat boots I ordered, most were too heavy, too stiff, too wide or looked like they were actually a size 13!The Pikolino Vicar was my favorite because it was so stylish, as well as soft, not too heavy and much narrower than the other medium-width boots I ordered The only issue was that I didn't realize that Nordstrom's women's US size 11 was European size 41 and was too short for my left foot. The right boot was perfect though! I was so disappointed because Nordstrom did not have a size 42 available. I considered keeping one of the other brands that I didn't like as much, but then I recalled that I had previously ordered running shoes from Zappos and decided to check Zappos. I got lucky and found the PIKOLINOS Women's Vicar on Zappos in women's European size 42. I ordered them immediately, received the day before Thanksgiving, wore them Thanksgiving Day and have been wearing them almost every day since I received them. They are probably the most comfortable boots I've ever had. Also, they're cute and I've been told by my friends that they don't look like a size 11.

Comfortable right out the box
I was really skeptical about buying these shoes. It came in a plain Amazon logo box but the shoes seemed to be very nice. The shoe feels like decent quality leather with a soft suedette lining making them cozy.It has a cushioned foot bed and very light sole that has a tread. It’s rather smooth so can be a little slippery as you’re breaking it in.I normally wear size 9-9.5 in boots and the 40 fit perfectly. I think it was listed as 9.5-10.I really like them so far and I hope they last. They are super comfy to wear straight out the box. I would Recommend giving them a try. I always buy insoles with arch support and I don’t think I need them at all for these boots, as the cushy footbed fits nicely.

Once broken in, these are the most comfortable boots I own.
These do have to be broken in a bit before being comfy. Once they get broken in, they are the most comfortable boots I own. These are replacing the same pair that took a decent amount of beating before needing to be replaced. The zippers make them easier to get on and off. They can go with many different looks from casual to more formal.

Beautiful and comfy, but defective
I ordered those boots twice within 6 months : returned the first time because it came without laces in one boot and pretty sure got the same pair 6 months later- the laces were weaved in differently in each boot. But since I liked the boots so much, I decided it’s ok, and kept them. Walked in them few days ago for the first time , after I had them in closet for almost 3 months, and one of the boots is definitely defective. As I walk, something is clicking inside the sole. Too late to return now and it’s kind of too annoying to have defective shoes I paid $170 for.

Great combat boots
Wonder combat style boots. Was looking at Doc Martens but didn't like the super wide toe box. These are stylish, narrow enough to make your feet look normal but doesnt pinch in the toe box. Looking forward to breaking these in. The leather is soft already.

VERY NARROW
Let me start by saying I have only worn these boots once. These boots are ultra lightweight and the leather is soft. WARNING! I have quite narrow feet and found these boots to be almost too narrow. They stretched enough for me to be comfortable within an hour. Also, they run a wee bit small. If I buy another pair, I will size up. They are good overall.
