Comfort & Durability - Updated 1 Year Later
Updated 4/8/25I just purchased this same pair of boots again, for the 2nd time. First time was back in 2023. They are so comfortable and fairly durable, I wished they lasted a little longer but I wear them every single day (that’s how comfortable they are) and I use them for motorcycle riding, so I put them through the wringer and appreciate the comfort.Update: 9/5/24Wouldn’t you know it, just 10 days ago I updated my review to comment on the durability and how they are still going strong, when I noticed the sole pulled away from the boot heel a bit. They’re so comfortable that I didn’t want to throw them away. I researched to see what products are out there to potentially fix it myself and landed on a product called “Shoe Fix Flue” that received some decent reviews and ratings on Amazon. I repaired the boot a few days ago and it seems that it’s as good as new. Please note, I used leather cleaner/confitioner maybe 3 times the past year, and sprayed them with water repellent a couple of times, so I do take care of them.Update: 8/25/24A few weeks shy of 1 year of daily wearing and lots of riding, these boots held up amazingly well. There are no rips, tearing, worn, or flaking anywhere. I’m impressed with the overall quality and comfort. They look, feel and perform great. I highly recommend this product.Update: 7/17/24I’ve been wearing these boots every day, riding or not, for 10 months now. They are comfortable AND durable, easy to get on and off. They still look great and perform well. I had to replace the laces after 3 months, but that’s a small price to pay for a good boot. I highly recommend these boots.OriginalI purchased these boots about six weeks ago. I purchased them for riding but they became my daily wear. They needed to be broken in a little, which didn’t take long, and not I reach for them when o get dressed for the day. They are fairly lightweight and very easy to put together n. The fit is fantastic in both length and width. I’m normally a 10 1/2 wide and sometimes 11 depending on the shoe. I got these in size 11 and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend.

Great comfortable and stylish boots.
Great boots for the money. They are very comfortable. This style has become a bit hard to find. They break in very easy and are light, yet substantial feeling. The perfect boot for having an active job where youn might need to walk a lot. I got a compliment on them last week.

Narrow, long boot that feels like high top sneaker.
The boots look great, but the fit is a bit off. I'm hoping that with time, the upper stretch a bit. They are very long, flat and narrow in the toe box. There is also a considerable void in the area where your heel sits, that causes your heel to slide when wearing these. This could lead to premature breakdown of your socks or potential blistering of your heel. The fit reminds me more of a high top sneaker than a boot. The laces are cheap and will eventually need replaced, but that's to be expected with almost any boot. They do seem to be very sturdy, so we will see how well they stretch to accommodate my tall, wide feet.

Stylish and comfortable
Absolutely love these Polar Fox Patrick Charcoal 7 Eyelets Classic Combat Motorcycle Biker Boots! I initially bought them to pair with my kilt for the Renaissance festival, but they've quickly become a regular part of my everyday style. The charcoal color is versatile, and the quality feels robust yet comfortable from day one. They have a classic, rugged look that suits so many outfits, and the 7-eyelet design gives them a unique edge that’s both stylish and functional. I’ve received tons of compliments and can tell they’re built to last—perfect for a range of occasions, from festivals to casual outings. Highly recommend these if you're looking for durable boots with a unique flair!

Boots Have Somewhat Overrated Water-Resistance
Manufacturers of boots seem to have substantial leeway in their idea of how much their boots are truly "water resistant". At present there are no standards as to the effectiveness of so-called water resistant boots among manufacturers.Today, after a 30 mile ride in light rain, both socks and these boots were soaked. I would've expected some leakage, but the waterproof-ness was substantially worse than desired. If you want waterPROOF boots, some made be Harley and others claim to be waterproof, but they cost 2×.True waterproof boots sometimes don't "breath well" not allowing perspiration release which might also cause 'wet foot' after long rides. Again, no standards for exactly how much perspiration these boot dissipate, if any.Despite this, these waterproof boots tend to be much better built overall. You typically get what you pay for.If your ride is guaranteed to be rainy you're probably won't avoid at least some measure of wet foot. Gotta admit though, warm wet feet from a waterproof boot sock out-trumps cold ones from so-called water resistant boots. The leather strap and buckle on the rear of this boot is for show. It has no purpose.I liked This boot because had a low toe making shifting easier for me.Since I only use these boots for riding, I cannot attest to their long term durability for walking.Other than these issues, the boots are comfortable, sized 1/2 over, so get 1/2 smaller. If you are unwilling to spend big bucks on waterproof boots try these suggestions;*Anti-Slip WaterprooShoe Covers - Durable, Foldable, Thickened Sole, Unisex, Ideal for Rain, Hiking, Cycling, Mud & Snow*Waterproof Shoe Covers Upgraded, Rain Shoe Covers Reusable Silicone Non Slip Shoe Covers for Outdoor,Rain Shoe Covers for Women and Men (B0DBLN8WLJ)
