Outstanding quality boots.
Beautiful boots. Very comfortable and roomy for heavier socks. Well insulated and warm, very durable, I orders the black leather ones. I haven’t had the opportunity to wear them in the snow, but I’m looking forward to it. Well worth the money.

Excellent value for the price, just too wide for me
I ordered two similar-looking boots off Amazon (CAMELSPORTS and POLAR brands). Both claim to be waterproof. This is a review for both products that I will post on both product pages.I was looking for a boot that would work reasonably for outdoor activities like hiking/shoveling snow/etc. in snowy conditions for about five months per year. (If you live in a warm, dry climate you will no doubt have different needs.)I was also looking for something to fit my narrow foot and small calves. (If you have the opposite situation, you'll feel differently than I did.)My measurements:Calves=14"Ankles=8.5"Ball of foot=3.75"Narrowest part of foot=2.5"Shoe size ordered=9 (US Womens)Top of knee to top of foot=17"Here's my review for each product:Faux fur:CAMELSPORTS: Thin piece of loose, decorative faux fur on the outside of the boot. Inside has a "shaved" faux fur (think velvet) all the way to the toes.POLAR: Longer faux fur (1/2") on first few inches of the interior, then medium length fur (1/4") to the toes.Zipper:CAMELSPORTS: No webbing behind zipper. Zipper begins 2" from ground.POLAR: Has a double layer of water-resistant webbing behind zipper. Zipper begins 3.5" from ground.Tongue:CAMELSPORTS: No webbing on either side of tongue. Water or snow that goes past 5.25" from the ground could enter the shoe via the tongue.POLAR: Has webbing on either side of tongue for most of its length. Water or snow that goes past 9.5" from the ground could enter the shoe via the tongue.Sole:CAMELSPORTS: Feels like it has some "gripping" properties. Sole pattern is similar to hiking shoes. Has some flexibility at the ball of the foot.POLAR: Covered in a felt-like material. Surfaces are is more uniform and flat. Material doesn't feel as "grippy". Virtually no flexibility.Weight:CAMELSPORTS: 1.3 lbs per shoePOLAR: 1.6 lbs per shoeAnkle support:CAMELSPORTS: Very little support.POLAR: Very little support.Width of top of boot:*I have small calves. I had to measure this by artificially enlarging my calves and measuring circumference. These are my best estimates. Both boots were wider than I'd hoped for, but that's just life for me. I just wear extra socks to get them to fit.CAMELSPORTS: Likely to accommodate calves up to 16" at top circumference. Tighter around the ankles.POLAR: Likely to accommodate calves up to 16" at top circumference. Loose around the ankles.Width of foot area:CAMELSPORTS: Given my narrow feet, I can wear two pairs of thick wool socks before my foot fits snugly.POLAR: Given my narrow feet, I can wear three pairs of thick wool socks before my foot fits snugly. Even then, there's some room left at the top of my foot near the ankle.Warmth:Can't properly evaluate, as it's not below freezing and there's no snow yet. POLAR seems to be thicker, sturdier, and better insulated, but I can't prove that out.Waterproof:Can't properly evaluate, as there's no snow yet (which is what I'd like to test this against). My strong suspicion is that POLAR is far more likely to be waterproof, given the materials, the webbing, the stitching, the height of vulnerable areas from the ground, etc. I have serious doubts as to whether the CAMELSPORTS boots are actually waterproof.Perceived quality:CAMELSPORTS: Boots seem to be primarily decorative in nature. I'm sure they're fine for light protection at temperatures above freezing, but would not consider them for prolonged outdoor exposure. Quality of materials seems low, but within expectation at this price.POLAR: Boots seem to be viable winter gear and are much higher quality than I expected for the price. Temperatures where I am infrequently drop below zero degrees, so I’m expecting them to work well based on other reviewer’s comments.Approximate Cost (with tax):CAMELSPORTS: $50POLAR: $35

Great pair, worth the money
Edit. They are still in great shape yer, even after wearing them for two winters going on my 3rd. I did run into one issue tho last winter and is one of the pics. Not sire how a crack happened in the rubber part. But I went and glued it together with gorilla glue and then taped it with gorilla tape. Do I now regret buying these after it happened? Nope, not at all. The glue and tape are working so my feet still stay warm and dry. There are still grips on the bottom so no I am still not slipping on ice. See the pics. You can see the crack in the tape, it is verticalI have fibromaylgia, Raynaud syndrome, and also poor circulation with very low tolerance to the cold. Last couple pairs of boots I've had I had to put my feet in bread bags first to keep my feet warm. Well, for the first time with these boots I don't, they have kept my feet warm in single digit temps and I live in the great lakes area. The only issues I have with these are that I have calve muscles and these boots like bunch up a little down by my ankles, but almost all companies do not think about us who have to trek in the snow and have muscles in our calves. Other issue is that there's a waffle design at the bottom in the heel area and I can feel that and it makes my heels sore, but I plan to put inserts at the bottom and I currently have put a washcloth at the bottom for now. But with fibromyalgia, I am super sensitive. They are waterproof because I have accidentally walked in multiple sized water puddles. I also haven't slipped on ice yet with these. I've had these boots for three months now and I really do like them. They are worth it to me.

Warm and comfortable
I bought them for my daughter for work. She loves them and said they are warm, fit well, and feel very comfortable having to stand all day in them. She says she'll continue to wear them even outside of work. They also look really cute on her.

Cute, but runs large & not for wide calves!
These boys are really cute and actually still look of rather good quality especially for the price. I ordered the leather which is actually pleather, but it didn't look cheap. They seem pray warm because in just the free minutes that I took to try them on, my feet and legs got pretty warm. They truly did run about a whole size big. That was true for me in a size 11 & my sister who ordered them in 8. The zipper does seem to such at places, but I don't think it would be a bug problem if you take your time to zip slowly or if you just spray a little wd40 on it. The only thing I didn't line about these and the reason I returned them is that of you have large calves, this boot shaft will slid down and bunch up around the ankles. It makes it very unflattering and not comfortable at all. So, bottom line, it's my opinion that if I had thinner calves, I would have gotten a size smaller and kept them.
