Great looking comfortable ankle boots that I wore all day without any break in pain
I have worn cowboy boots pretty much all of my life, so I'm always on the lookout for a good pair of cowboy boots. When I saw these men's black ankle boots with the buckle strap, I liked them. I like the way they look. I like buckle straps. I like the fact that they go to the ankle only. The majority of my boots go all the way up to the calf of my leg. Unless you're wearing very high socks, those types of boots do eventually annoy you as you're wearing them because they rub against your skin, the calf of your leg.I went ahead and placed the order for these boots. When they arrived, I looked them over to make sure that there was no damage of any kind. I found nothing wrong with them. There were no tears. The buckles on both boots were in working condition. The sole of the boots, no issues whatsoever. From heel to toe, the boots came in perfect condition. I tried them on and they slipped on with no problems whatsoever.I went ahead and wore them a couple days later to work. I got nothing but good compliments about the boots. They were so comfortable. It didn't even feel like I was wearing cowboy boots. The biggest fear that I had on the boots, just like any other boots, is slipping in them. But when I wore these, I actually did not slip on any of the floors at work or at my home, which is a plus. I wore them the entire day. They did not hurt me whatsoever. They were that comfortable.It does need some breaking in. But having to wear them for the first time and being able to wear them the entire day is a major plus. If you've ever worn boots, you know that it takes time to break them in. Normally, you cannot wear them more than a couple hours until you break them in, but that's not the case for these boots. When I got home, they slipped right off with no issues. My feet did not hurt at all.I really do like these boots. You could wear them with dress slacks, Levi's, wear them for work, for a special occasion. I highly recommend them.

The POTENCE STAR Men's Black Chelsea Ankle Boots look great and are well made with great quality stitching and a nice, solid sole. The smallest they offer was a size 8. I usually wear a size 7, but with narrow toed shoes I can often get away with an 8 as my foot is fairly broad. These are wearable, especially with a thicker sock and a little stuffing in the long part of the toe to keep them from ending and curling up. I took off one star for not offering a wider range of sizes, but the quality of the boot is very nice and I would recommend them. They are a good deal for the price and look as though they will last. They give a classic cowboy look, but are also classy enough to wear with dress clothes. Modern and classic!
