Beautiful shoe, great fit, grommets came out.

These are really beautiful shoes and I am delighted that they are available in my size - I have VERY wide feet. On the whole, I am delighted with the shoes.That said, I have two small complaints:1. I have to loosen the laces a long way down to get the boots on and off. The little tags at the heel are there for show, they are not helpful for getting the boots on. It just takes a little time to loosen all of those laces and then, when putting the shoes on, to tighten them all again.2. A couple of the metal grommets (the holes the laces run through) have popped out of the upper. It's not a big deal, but it is disappointing.
