Comfortable Oxford shoe with Velcro that passes for a sneaker
I searched all over the internet for a sneaker slash walking shoe that had velcro straps, and came in size 14 with a 5e width and black for Under $50.00. After reading reviews I settled on the Propet mens black LifeWalker M3705 for $48.00 AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. This shoe slides easily on your foot and the velcro strap sticks easily and secures the shoe. If you have a smaller foot you can get these much cheaper, and I will say for the price this is a GREAT SHOE. I would easily pay $65.00 for this shoe after wearing them for a full day, Im sold on them. Great Bargain.The 5e is perfect, not to wide and not a 5e that is more like a 3e. It is a perfect 5e width. The shoe itself is better than i thought. Not only does it look good enough to wear with casual pants, but It easily goes with jeans as a sneaker. Walking in this shoe is like gliding on air, THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT I DID NOT GET THIS SHOE SOONER. I have now thrown out all my other shoes and sneakers and have made this my go to shoe for now. I highly recommend it for anyone with foot problems. Don't bother reading reviews for other shoes like I did, just get this one , you will be happy with the size and feel.Now I did get this a 1/2 size bigger, as I am a 13 1/2 and I got the 14, but I wanted the extra room and I could feel that it is a touch big, but still fits good. SO this would lead me to believe it is true to size IN BOTH width and length. Great Shoe.

Almost A Great Shoe
I like many things about this shoe, it is comfortable, the fit is very good, the style is good, the toe is especially nice. The shoe is not heavy and the Velcro closure is convenient.On the other hand, the finish is quite dull, more dull than the picture on the Amazon web page. I didn't expect it to shine like a dress shoe but I prefer the finish of my (also black) New Balance 608's. If I drag my feet even slightly on our tile floor these shoes shriek, much like the sound of a smoke detector with a low battery. I don't remember another shoe doing this and I find it quite disconcerting.

great shoe
At first I was a little worried that this shoe was only $50 dollors considering many other shoes like this can go up to $150 but I decieded to try it out anyways. I have to admit I was really surprised. First of all the consruction on this shoe is fantastic..it seems very sturdy. Second of all it fits the way it should..I needed a 13 3E and many other shoes who claim to be wide usually are a little tight on me..this however fitslike a glove....Ive walked in thes and the padding is very very comfortable and the shoe seems to balance me better then my other shoes..over all this is a great shoe that is well worth the low price....I will continue to buy from this company in the future.

Not That Great - Won't Break In
There are things I like about these shoes. At least the have good Velcro on them. They’re supposed to be 5E witch, which it says right on the label. However, they still hurt my feet and seem tight. I’ve been wearing them for two months now and they still aren’t fully broke in. I wonder why I torture myself, but I can’t find any other shoes that even come close. Maybe in three months they’ll be broken in. We’ll see.

Sturdy & Lightweight! Win Win for me!!!
One of my biggest issues are my feet as far as everyday pain. Its been like this since I was a child. I can't even walk in the sand without wearing shoes as my feet hurt doing that. Now they hurt all the time and are getting worse. I have extremely flat feet. I wear arch supports also but nothing in the past 15 years that I have worn have felt this good. Its only been 2 days since I put them on. I have never noticed much of a difference with other shoes that I have tried to mimic as good support for my feet. I have bought shoes that mail-persons recommended. They hurt. I can't wear high tops due to the surface & ankles of my feet being very sensitive also so I need softer comfort plus support but nothing that rubs against my foot. Fast forward to these shoes. Very lightweight. Just alittle bit of weight reduction helps my feet. These do that. I usually wear a 13 2e but they didn't have any. So I bought a 13 D. The width is just fine and I have 2 special arch supports in these so I have plenty of room for my personal needs. I love the straps much better then laces. They are not putting pressure on the top of my foot to keep the shoe secure. Even though my feet still hurt, they are feeling better in the last two days then they have felt in years. I know they won't solve all my issues but somebody with really bad feet will be very pleased with these shoes. I am very happy and can't say that in years. I will update if my thoughts change. As far as comfort and easing of my pain, I have NEVER bought a pair of shoes like these. Thats no joke!!!!!
