Stylish enough for a teenager! Wide enough for his 3E feet!
Anyone who's struggling to find STYLISH EXTRA EXTRA WIDE men's shoes should consider these. I ordered a pair for my 18yo son. He measures at what is typically a Men's 12 / 3E width. If it helps you, his foot measures 11.125" from heel to toe. Based on fit reviews I ordered an 11.5 instead of 12, and I ordered the 5E instead of 3E just to be sure he had room. I think he probably could have worn an 11 / 3E. The 11.5 is a bit long. And with the 5E he has to lace them up very tight, which he doesn't mind. But think shoes look better if they're not laced completely together. But it's a wonderful problem to have for anyone who's struggled to find XXWide shoes!I'm so grateful some shoe companies have clued in to the fact that YOUNG MEN AND TEENAGERS HAVE WIDE FEET TOO! And they don't want to wear "old-man" shoes! Thank you Propet.Many reviews cite this shoe as being uncomfortable because of lack of support and poor cushioning. My son uses orthotic inserts, so this isn't an issue for him. He loves these shoes. And since the insole is removable, I suspect you could buy some nice supportive/cushy insoles to fix the issue. I hope they hold up.

Stylish casual shoe with a true WIDE width!
I’m skeptical of most shoe manufacturer’s claims of “wide widths.” I am a true EEEE width and have had too many “wide” shoes not come close to fitting. (My grandmother used to tell me I should wear the shoe boxes instead of the shoes. LOL) I was surprised to see these shoes came in a wide EEE and an extra-wide EEEEE. I ordered the widest, and they fit extremely well. It’s hard to find wide-width casual shoes that look somewhat stylish and not like an old man’s orthopedic walking shoe in beige leather. These look like a “regular” shoe that any guy would wear. I do wish they had a little more arch support, but that’s common in these style of flat sneakers. I’m glad I found these. I immediately ordered an additional pair in black as soon as I tried these on!

Look good; shape well; seem durable
This is a good-looking, well-made casual shoe. My son has wide feet and sometimes shoes are hard to fit. These were comfortable straight out of the box. His shoes usually don't last too long, but these look sharp after several months of regular wear. They conformed to his foot and seem to "breathe" well. This was a good purchase.

Finding an attractive shoe in an extra wide is very difficult. For casual wear I have to wear running shoes or slip ons. In New Balance I wear 4E. These shoes in 3E fit well and look good. The only problem is that if you don't get the shoe lace loose at just the right place, the interior at the bottom of the tounge (where the tounge is attached) it will rub the top of your foot. Once I loosened the lace at the right place the rubbing was gone. After receiving the black, I immediately ordered the brown. A great wide shoe.

Overpriced, sloppy craftsmanship on the interior near front seams
5 stars for looks, 0 stars for everything else. Runs narrow. Could've fit into the 5E, but Excess material was sloppily left inside near the seams under lowest lace holes, causing annoying rubbing behind pinky toe on one shoe and big toe on the other shoe. Payless quality at a rip off price. The only positive is that they look nice, but thats useless if they're too annoying to wear due to sloppy raised seams with excess fabric that SHOULD BE FLUSH. Also, the thin leather tounge creases with every step, causing the hard edge of that crease to press into the top of foot behind toes causing pain.

Strange Sizing
These shoes look great.I've worn the same size for many years, there's no guess work anymore. So putting these on was odd. The length is a full size too long, while the width was just extremely narrow. I thought maybe I should just let them break in. Wore them for about 2 minutes before deciding against that. Now 20 minutes later, I can still feel where they were.With such sizing discrepancies, I'll avoid this brand going forward.
