This is my third pair of shoes from Propét, and once again, they've knocked it out of the park! While my previous two pairs were fantastic sneakers, I decided to try the Propét Men's Pomeroy Boat Casual Shoe, and I'm giving them a well-deserved 5-star rating.The quality is truly great, just as I've come to expect from Propét. Very comfortable, the XX wide is like a 4E
I am an 8.5 on the Brannock and my width is 3E - 4E. I have trouble finding sufficiently wide shoes. I buy 9 - 10 for the extra width. Here I ended up with the 8.5 extra wide and the width is plenty. Enough even to wear a moderately thick gym sock. The shoe wears like a lace up slipper with a cushion like sole. Like a mocasin with a thick spongy sole. Very light. Very comfortable.
