Wide! Good stability!
I believe I'm in love. I have wide, problem feet. These are extremely forgiving and adjustable. More rugged sole than the norm, have padded uppers (very comfy!). Not much arch support and a small amount of padding on the footbed (which is a plus for me). The footbed is suede and only slightly contoured. It has a tiny bit of give, but not the kind of padding or memory foam that are so common these days. The sole is not loud or clunky, but it is mostly rigid and provides stability. It only flexes at the toe. Perfect if you have an injured arch tendon.

This is my second pair of these Propet sandals and I absolutely love them!I literally wear these sandals several hours a day, every day. At the end of each day, when I take my boots off, I slip on these sandals and wear them until I go to bed because they are super comfortable! I particularly like the fact that each sandal has two hook and loop (velcro) adjustable straps that allows the wearer to adjust the fit perfectly.Unfortunately, after several years, the rubber sole on one of the sandals cracked and then split all the way through to the inner sole. In all fairness, many many times, I wore them outside either to bring in some groceries or get the mail and both the rough stone surface walkway that leads to our carport and our asphalt drive, are extremely unforgiving very rough surfaces; the latter being a little over 350’ round trip. So I don’t blame the sandals 😁!If you decide to give these Propets a try I cannot imagine you won’t enjoy them as much as me. Give them a try; after all what do you have to lose, they are returnable!!

Finally a normal looking sandal for edematous feet
Since diagnosis I have been looking for shoes I can wear outside the house. Most deep, wide, velcro closure shoes are made of something fuzzy or nylon which pick up all the dirt and grot in parking lots and on the street. What's the point of spending money on something that looks like a house slipper anyway? The width of these sandals is comfortable and the velcro straps are long enough to give needed depth as well as easily adjustable to the ebb and flow of swelling. The sandal is stable with or without compression stockings. The sole is good and thick. And you can slip them on without fumbling!

Comfortable and durable
I waited until I had worn these sandals for about a month before reviewing it. They fit well and are comfortable. One of my requirements is durability as I had tried out some other sandals that use low quality material; I just want a pair of well-made sandals to last me two years. So far these pairs look like they will. The rubber sole looks solid and build quality is excellent. The straps are also adjustable for better arch support. These are best for using around the house and garden. They don't have the shiny soft leather for strolling the mall with. For that I'll wear my Kenneth Cole or Born sandals.

US sizing is incorrect
Sizing for mine was incorrect. I ordered a US size 9.5 wide and I am a 9. Still too small length wise. They were also caked in dust when I got them. Fairly good quality but I returned them due to the sizing being off. Pretty stiff and sturdy for sandals.
