Great on all areas, nice leather, roomy toe area which will be comfortable if I wear a heavier sock in cold weather. Due to the two zippers, one on each side of the ankle, the boots are easy to get on without any trouble. Also, they come already scotchgarded. Should be excellent for colder or snowy days.
This are high quality boots that are great for the winter. I wear them as my work dress boots with pants during winter months. I have had them for over a year now and they have held up great. They are a bit stiff but are comfortable.
I buy Propet because they have wide sizes, and these are consistent with their sizing. Around the ankle is a little big though. I wore long socks with them to combat that issue. This shoe does not have a lot of padding. I read that prior to the purchase, so I was prepared with the appropriate insoles. I do think the shoe should be adequately padded, for this price. But the exterior leather is absolutely beautiful. I purchased the Espresso, and the color and quality of the leather did not disappoint. I have worn them a few times in the most current round of snow, and they were comfortable and warm. And the soles were not slick.
These are decent looking boots but they didn't work for me. They're just not comfortable enough. The wide width is comfortable but the sole is not. I need quite a bit of cushion for my tender feet. I can see how they would be comfortable for someone without this need. I normally wear an 8 wide in Boots and tennis shoes. I ordered the eight wide and the fit is good.
An unbelievable Amazon warehouse deal, so I ordered. So glad I did!! These boots are so nice and comfortable. I love the smokey gray color. They look great with jeans, too. I'll be wearing them this fall on wet and rainy days, as they are waterproof. Thanks amazon!!
