I don't think my foot is exceedingly wide, but the shoe industry disagrees. So I was happy to see this offered in X-wide. Based on other reviews, I went down a half size. Normally, I buy 9.5 Wide. Got the 9 X-wide.It's a little roomy in the heel, but the rest of the shoe fits great. Nice and light. Comfortable. It'll be perfect for my upcoming trip. And a nice-looking shoe on top of it all!
I have purchased these many many times because I wear them out. Super comfortable and will buy again when needed. Just wish they weren’t so darn expensive (for my budget). By the way, I have bought most colors.
These fit well and are really cute. Comfortable although I feel better wearing with no-show socks (otherwise my toes rub a little). The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that putting them on is not that easy for me. My foot slides right in but the lip of the elastic on the top of the shoe turns under some. It's too uncomfortable to leave it that way so I have to slide my finger under the elastic lip and flip it out. Don't know if I just have a high arch or what but there is not a lot of room for my finger and it is very snug. Of course once done the shoes are a good fit and look nice. The lace is a nice touch but not super obvious. Good traction.
Can't sugar coat it......I have short, fat feet and it's hard to find shoes that fit. So I ordered 2 pairs, W and WW. My feet swam in the WW and the W was just perfect. I love these shoes. They fit right out of the box with no wear-in period. Very comfy, wore them all over Europe for sight-seeing. Love the lacey-design on the toe. Rather than send the pair back that were too big, I decided to donate them to a shelter. So hopefully someone else got the benefit of these great shoes also.
I love the fact that Propet makes women's shoes in wide widths. I ordered 4E which is very wide & was wider than I need. Because of foot issues (bunions & arthritis), I normally wear extra wide. The silver color is a shade of light gray & looks nice.I returned them because:~~One shoe seemed longer than the other & was too long for me.~~One shoe had a weak spot on the inside, near the small toe.The shoes are designed to be light & somewhat airy so I was concerned the weak spot would wear and eventually cause a hole in that area. And the longer shoe flopped up & down on my foot.
LOVE these sneakers. Actually they are slip on lace-less sneakers. So pretty w the almost lacey design on the top. Well if you have wide feet like me and had any kind of malady that causes swelling, you need these. I got them to wear for dressy or casually dress or skirt outings. I stopped wearing heels years ago. And it seems fashionistas are in them EVERYWHERE! So theres hope for wide feet people. I've always counted on Propet and as a reminder come here to Amazon first - they seem to have the best/lowest priced supply. I'm telling you these are like slippers. I wear size 9.5. Hubby said get 10. I got a pair of Rothy dress balley flats & they suggest up one size so I got 11. Only a small amount of extra room by big toe.
I have messed-up feet with two sizes: a wide front and a narrow heel. I am using these as "house shoes." They are incredibly comfortable and supportive. I am going to order another pair to wear outdoors. They are great building, house, and neighborhood shoes and an alternative to sneakers. They slip on and off, yet they stay on your feet. They are not mushy like that Sk__tchers brand that doesn't work for me. I am a size 8-8.5 wide, the 8.5 is perfect with socks and will be great in hot weather when feet are larger.
