Insoles are removable and orthotics for perfect!!
UPDATE: I love these so much that I bought a second color. First ordered the lighter shade but wasn’t a fan- returned for the darker brown and that’s what you see in the photos. I wore them yesterday and received so many compliments and they were comfortable on day one! I wear my custom orthotics in them and they are fabulous! I now have black and brown. I’m thrilled with my purchases! Spacious toe area.I wear 8 wide in Whiten and 8.5 W in Bronax and bought these in 8.5 XXW. I love all the room for my toes. They have a 30 day return window so give them a try! If you are looking for a wide toe box shoe in a nice style.-These are it!I’m 110% thrilled with these booties!! So much that I just ordered them in another color!I’ve had bunionectomy on both feet. My feet are wider at the toe area and narrow heels and avg sz ankles. I have to buy wide shoes to accommodate my toe width plus now I prefer the “barefoot “ style shoes that don’t hug my toes. I’m very particular about shoes now. These boots are genuine, nice quality leather with a 1” wedge type slender heel (does not roll over) yet still looks feminine rather than chunky and matronly. I dress professionally and I wear a lot of Whitin sneakers bc they have a little style about them. I’m 56 but love to look stylish.The boots have a rounded toe with ample space.I normally purchase 8.5 wide or x-wide if available. This boot is 2x wide and I can insert orthotics easily. I am a new fan of Propet!!! For sure!!I bought black in 8.5 wide, x-wide, and 2x-wide at one time and I’m sending the other two pair back and I have just now ordered brown.Thrilled with my purchase!!!!One more thing- with my narrow heel, I always buy lace up shoes so I can snug up the heel area. These aren’t lace up but the ankles fit great. Yay!!! I’m so happy!!!

Boot perfection!
I switched my gym shoes over to barefoot shoes about a year ago and now that my feet are used to that extra toe room I had to start my search into replacing my boots for fall and winter. I was looking for real leather, low heel, wide toe, brown ankle boots that could be dressed up or down. I wanted them comfortable enough to go on walks but also nice enough to wear to church. And I have been trying to get real leather in hopes they will stand the test of time and be worth the extra money spent up front to last for the long haul. So far these have checked every box! Obviously I can't speak for durability yet, I just got them. But all the boxes are checked for these beauties. I can wiggle my toes around in the front, no pushing on my toes at all, but they are tight enough on the sides of my feet so they don't slip around. Overall, highly recommend!

Great boots, zippers, not so much
These boots fit nicely and are comfy and attractive, but I’m having a lot of trouble with the zippers sticking. Looked online and found I should try rubbing a candle on the zippers, but that didn’t work so well. Next I’ll try the soap suggestion. I have another pair of these boots in a different color and material and the zippers on those work just fine. 🤷🏻♀️

Great look and comfort in wide widths
These boots are incredible. I struggled a long time to find comfortable boots to walk in, especially as someone who typically wears a wide width, and I have greatly appreciated the width options offered by Propet. I initially bought a brown pair about a year ago, and liked them so much that I have now ordered the black pair as well. These boots saw me through an 8+ mile day of walking while visiting New York City with no discomfort or pain. The insoles that come with these boots are removable so I can use my Superfeet insoles, and the combination gives me enough support and comfort to walk as much as I need to. The zippers can be a bit jangly, so if you are irritated by sounds, it may not be the best fit for you, but I don’t mind the noise. They also don’t look inordinately wide, which was important to me - despite giving me the comfort of the extra width, they look like a very normal boot. Definitely well worth the price - I have paid significantly more for other boots that had to be returned. Cannot recommend these enough!

Wide but no supprt
These are very wide but after a few hours they start to hurt due to lack of support and cushion. They're expensive and should provide all day comfort for the price.

Yes! Boots are great! Size 7
Almost 5’3, so pants can get a little long. These boots give me that little height ended so pants don’t drag on the ground. I get claustrophobic easy when shoes I can’t put on easy or off, the boots have zippers on both sides! I can step right in while standing then zip. Same with unzip both sides and slide off. Bottoms are like rubber, not sticky walking on the ground, and not slippery when raining or ice (well not that I’ve experienced and I’m clumsy. The bottom soles do feel a little narrow with my feet feeling wider? You know like those Sk tennis shoes that may be narrow on the outside bottom? But honestly the boots don’t feel bad like those tennis shoes would.I paid for these but would not mind this manufacturer sending me some other shoes to review!! I’d be happy to. FYI I’m taking this on my fabulous trip over seas soon!
