Surprise, A Propet Shoe True to Size

Just received and will update upon wearing. Needed shoes for business/work attire that were comfortable. These fit the bill. I have small but very wide feet. Lately many of the Propet shoes have been odd sized. With Propet, my shoe size in sandals and heels is typically a 6 1/2 EWW. In covered (propet) shoes I am typically a 7 EWW. These shoes are covered but have a slight heel, so I opted for a 7EWW. Theses shoes have a wide toe-box which is a plus for me. The result, my bare foot slides down a bit leaving about 1/2 inch gap in heel (w/o socks). However, once I put socks on and heel guards a perfect fit. So I am glad I did not size down. They are dressy enough for work as well. Slacks cover the velcro for most part. I will update further if there are problems. If my feet do not ache after walking in them a while I may order another pair as back-up (and upgrade this review to a 5).

They slip off your heels - strange fit.

I purchased these for my Mom who has a difficult time walking and requires extra wide shoes, most of which are ugly. These are slightly better looking, but even after returning/exchanging for a couple of different sizes, they just didn't fit. The width was okay - maybe - but the back area is too wide for the heel, so the shoes slip off. Both sizes we ordered were the same.
