Really comfortable shoes. So far I missed bad rain so I don't know if they're really waterproof, but they are warm and comfy. I didn't notice that they have a zipper so you don't have to tie them each time, but they do have ties so you can adjust the fit. I removed the insoles they came with and inserted my custom insoles and they are just right. People say they look nice, so I guess I'm ready for winter. The only drawback is the soles are so thin that you can feel every bump in the sidewalk. I wish they had thicker soles. I don't know how long they'll last.

Love- just wish they were actually waterproof

These are so comfortable upon trying on!! I’ve worn them around and adore them. They don’t keep my feet very warm but that could just be me. They are also a little flat, so they could use a little more insole cushion; I haven’t tried to add an insole yet and I’m not sure if there’s room. I know they’re scotch-guarded (came with a tag on it), and I only wish they were made of actual waterproof material instead. I’m taking them on a winter trip with a lot of rain, so we’ll see if they hold up for very long.Edit: I wore these on and off for two weeks while in knee-deep snow in Iceland. If I was moving around my feet were not cold! Had no problem with snow- I still don’t know how they do in rain, but the snow didn’t melt through to wet my feet. I often chose these rather than my winter hiking boots while walking around. The zipper made them easy to take on and off.

Pros: This is my THIRD pair over the past 10 years of this shoe! They wear well., the water resistance holds up, warm. I wear them until toe area really roughed up and then replace. This last pair was ordered in usual 8W .. then returned for 8WW so that heavier socks can be worn. Even with regular socks, very comfortable out of the box. Boots are Pretty {I have black}, and Propet modernized with a more squared off toe this year. Much more toe room ~Cons: prior 2 pairs had thinsolight for insulation. No longer. Easy to add a warming innersole if needed in super cold weather
