Beautiful shoe, beautifully packaged!
This Propet Oxford is beyond my expectations! Beautiful leather and fits just right, accomodating my own inserts. I normally wearMedium width but ordered the Extra Wide after reading other reviews. I worried that they might be a little shorter than what Im used to, with the toe halfway between round and almond in shape, and for the fact we don't have standardized sizes in the U.S. Thank you, too, that it is so beautifully packaged and even included a pair of thin inserts if your foot needs a better fit. It brought a smole to my face. I feel spoiled:) I've searched Amazon high and low for Oxfords in Womens size 12 with no luck until now. Thank you, Propet! I pray you will continue to make more Oxfords for office and dressey occasions!

Runs smaller than usual
This is a beautiful Oxford but I think it runs much smaller than most Propet shoes. I ordered the same size as I always do with Propet, but it was too short and too narrow.

Only affordable Extra Wide Oxford
I like that they fit and they look pretty okay. The instep is nice and high. Leather feels right. I don't like the shape but that's just my preference, I prefer rounder shapes rather than pointy ones. You can see it looks strange on my feet.

Picture is better than the actual product
I really wanted comfortable attractive oxfords. Trying these on, the size and width were ok. However the outer material seems synthetic and overall appearance is similar to the cheap shoes you’d see in the back of a discount shoe store or Payless. Had to return.

Also, they were comfortable right out of the box, even accommodated my chunky orthotic. Wow! That's a 5 star for customer service. I bought one size too small and was able to exchange it for a bigger one and they sent me the new shoes within days. No questions asked. Just great service!As regards to the shoes, the 8 1/2 W fits perfectly well. They're so comfortable and I don't think I'll need more than an afternoon to "break them in." I'd definitely recommend these shoes for someone who has to walk around a lot at work.

Look great, but no arch support
I'm very disappointed in these shoes. I bought them specially because this brand was on a list I found of shoe brands with good arch support. But I'm not sure why, because in reality there's no arch support in them at all. They're totally flat inside! They do accept orthotics, so you could add your own arch support if you wanted to. But the orthotics I have are wider than the shoe and can't be cut to fit, so that didn't work for me either.I appreciate that the shoe is available in wide widths. However, it's built on a very straight last, meaning the toe box is the same width as the heel. Because of this, the toe box fits my foot great, but the heel is too loose slides a bit.I really wanted to like these shoes, because they look great and come in wide, and I love that they tie on! But I can only wear shoes that have at least some arch support, and these have none, so they're going back.
