Nice looking,comfortable shoe.
Wanted a pair of golf shoes that I could use for my many early morning rounds where the fairways and roughs are very damp that could keep my feet dry. I have had these a couple of months and have over 50 rounds in them and can say my feet are dry and comfortable. Ordered my normal size and they fit well. Like them so much I ordered another pair for next year.
They are really nice and comfortable
Absolutely love these shoes... No break-in period at all... Fit and we're comfortable from the beginning... Mostly water proof so far.I get compliments all the time on these... And I have ordered about 5 gereations of PUMA over the years...Only possible draw back is the longevity of the "non-removable" and non-replaceable soft spikes is a question mark??? Who at PUMA thought this was a good idea?.?
Shoes are fine but the company sent the complete wrong color and now the correct color is more expensive. Pretty lame I guess I am stuck with black shoes instead of white ones. Do better
Size was perfect. Just played my first round with them - walking a long, hilly course (a test for how good shoes are) - and they proved quite comfortable. Needed no time at all to break in, and gripped (slightly damp) tee boxes and fairways firmly. They look really great, feel great, and play great. All in all, excellent golf shoes. However (and big however, and the reason for four instead of five stars): The spikes are NOT replaceable. Virtually all modern shoes are now either spikeless (hard rubber nubs on the bottom of the shoe for traction), or use soft spikes of some sort, generally today w/ Fast Twist 3.0 cleats - that are relatively standardized across shoes brands. You can use the same tool, and buy replacement spikes in almost any golf store, and they'll fit almost any shoe. This is quite important, as for most of us (I think) well made shoes far outlast the spikes. I'll commonly change spikes two or three times a season. Now, the spikes on these do appear to be a bit firmer, and I have only played one round, so it is hard to tell whether or not they will, indeed, last the entire life of the shoe, but I'm doubtful. At $150 a pop, these are not cheap shoes - I'd expect to get at least two or three years out of them. But don't think any spikes are going to last nearly that long. Try to avoid it as you might, you do walk in parking lots, on cart path and hard dirt and rocks. Spikes wear out faster than shoes - that is WHY they are almost universally replaceable. With these, when the spikes are ready for replacement, you throw the shoes away.So (and I say this as a real fan of Puma shoes) they should have at least mentioned that the spikes were not replaceable in the product description. It is very disappointing.
