Well made, comfortable
Update: I have had these for a bit now, and they have done very well. I wear compression anklet socks with a heavy crew sock over them, and a men’s 9 fits perfect. (I wear a women’s 8 1/2 or 9 in a regular sneaker with a much thinner sock.) I find these give me far better traction than any other waterproof slip on shoe such as Muck boots or Sloggers…which are useless when it comes to not slipping in wet grass (here…that’s most of the Summer). They are fine in the rain or during power washing, though they are not completely waterproof and can actually get a bit wet. I wouldn’t walk through a stream in them.I just got these last Sunday, and they have been given a real workout this week. It’s now five (5) days later. I’m down south, and this time of year those of us who have yards to maintain are in a frenzy to get all kinds of things done before the nasty heat comes. You need a solid, comfortable shoe like this for serious yard work.I have been pruning shrubs and trees (sometimes on a ladder), digging dirt, mulching, cleaning gutters (via a ladder)…you get the idea. My soil is anywhere from soft dirt to sandy. I walk through an area that’s on the edge of a wetlands, and is very uneven, too. These shoes are not only comfortable, but provide the stability I need on ladders and uneven soil. I’ve been every which way side to side, stretching back and forth, sometimes in awkward positions. I’m usually out for three hours a day, and have worn these four (4) days this week.I love these shoes. Not only are they comfortable, they are water resistant. Firm enough to safeguard my toes and ankles, and do not rub anywhere. My feet are not aching at the end of the day. I am a female, wear an 8 1/2 to 9 regular shoe. As I prefer to have the yard shoes a bit bigger (I wear heavy socks with them), I always get a Men’s 9 for yard shoes Perfect.I would highly recommend these for hiking along a rocky stream or up a hill. (I’ve done many of those hikes, and not every “hiking” shoe is up for the test.) Mine have not been soaked by water (yet), but while doing something that got them wet (like while washing my siding), they stayed dry inside.

Worth the money!
I'm currently dealing with degenerative arthritis and microtears on the outer side of my left foot. Safe to say lefty isn't lucky. I also have plantar fasciitis in both arches. I've worn these 3 times so far, at least 5 hours of constant movement each time, and can already tell the difference compared to my last pair. I'm very picky about my shoes and am very pleased with my experience. Very good quality. The fit is good too. There's room for my ankle brace. In my area there's plenty of sections of sidewalk that are eroding and breaking down so I really appreciate the grip. I use shoe inserts so I can't fully rate the comfort but from my perspective they're comfortable.Overall a very solid shoe so far. If you're active you need a good shoe since your feet support your weight. I give this 2 thumbs up with a grin! I'm so happy I'll most likely edit a 6 month update to say how they're holding up at that point.

The shoes is a little tight. I wear a size 10 and it squeezes my feet some on the sides. A half size bigger would have been perfect. So I would buy a half size bigger than what you wear if you order them. They are good quality.

Pleasantly surprised/sizes are accurate
First off, the shoe sizes are accurate. Im assuming the people saying the sizes run large are women, because the description does say men and women, but the sizes you choose from are men's sizes.I've had these shoes for a week now and I'm very happy with them so far. They are surprisingly comfortable right out of the box. I work outside on concrete and gravel and have no complaints. I have bad feet so I will get different inserts. To check the waterproofness I stuck my foot under a running water spigot for a few seconds and my foot stay completely dry. Something probably not very important to most, but it really pleased me, is the fact the shoe laces stay tied all day with just a single "bow" style tie (I don't like double knotting or double looping my laces)The only thing I'm unsure of at this point is the durability, though they do feel well made.EDIT: A little over 3 months of hard use the soles started separating from the shoe. I still stand by everything I wrote above because I wore these shoes 6 days a week anywhere from 10 to 15 hours a day.
