First of all, mine have no overwhelming smell, other than a normal rubber smell that will no doubt dissipate over time. Definitely not over powering. Not sure what the deal is with other reviews. Love the extra tread and thicker bottom of these boots. I feel like these will be less slippery than my other rain boots. The only thing I will mention is I ordered my normal size and if I wore thick socks with these my toe would be right to the end of the boot. If you plan on wearing thick socks I would size up. The width is fine. I’m used to more room between my toe and the tip of the boot. Works fine for me because I wear thin socks with boots.

Very sloppy and wide for my foot but I do have very narrow feet so I understand that issue. The reason for the 4⭐️ is because of the odor on the boots. It’s a cross of skunk and chemicals mixed. It’s a very strong obnoxious scent! I put them upside down on the porch posts to air out hopefully that will make the scent tolerable. As of now I can’t leave them in the house because of the odor. I am not sensitive to unusual odors however this is pretty intensive.

Waaaaaayyyyyyyy too small

Ordered a size 10. But amazon says I ordered a 9.5. I received a size 9. They were extremely small in the foot and in the calves. I had zero leg and calve room, my legs felt like they were suffocating. I am 5'8, normal body build with average legs. Super cute looking though. But so uncomfortable.

Not wide calves friendly

Got these in green and love them and the quality feels great, however they don’t fit around my calf muscles and makes the boot wrinkle down. Will be returning for something that fits over my calves hopefully
